Meta员工的收入绝大部分来自RSU,所以预算必须动态管理。
📈Meta股价:我对买他基本面的判断:
-大模型难以追赶顶尖水平
-AI资本支出持续增加
-广告营收增速依然可观
-AI落地能力开始显现
所以,股价大概率稳健但缺乏爆发力。建议按需套现,首付Cash够用就好。
💸高收入陷阱:2026是收获低价Refresh红利的最后一年。大多资深员工将面临Cliff,现在的高TC大概率不可持续。
建议:务必打开Schwab计算未来几年的Vest。确保月供在未来的财务舒适区内,出价量力而为。
🚨【风险】2026买房?先等买他的“靴子”落地!
Meta员工现在的买房焦虑主要来自两个out-of-control的因素
🤮裁员:传闻2月前会有10%-15%的裁员,Horizon更是重灾区。裁员在个人控制之外,我的建议是:放平心态!Meta只是人生一站,不能在一棵树上吊死。离裁员也就剩两个月,建议等“靴子落地”再行动。当然自认稳如泰山的小伙伴,可以考虑错峰抢跑。
🏡房价:经历过4月的“关税风波”,大家都领教了湾区房价和科技股的紧密联动。目前市场对离谱的政策已免疫,我认为明年湾区房价会是小幅震荡、稳中有升。之后专门开篇细讲!
综上,湾区房价不会垮。不需要恐慌,只需掌握节奏,选一个财务安全的时间点入场。
✊【实操】现金规划,别让“卖飞”心态耽误买房
买他妹买房最尴尬的情况是:看中了梦中情房,首付却在RSU里,偏偏还不在trading window。
😱对冲卖飞焦虑:怕卖飞的可以在卖出Meta之后,考虑买入大盘(VOO, QQQM) 或者Meta比重高的ETF (IVW)。或者买入上述ETF的LEAP CALL,相当于给卖掉的仓位上个保险。卖出时请一定考虑wash sale。
💵现金储备:除了首付和Closing cost,软水器、充电桩、大件家具等硬支出常被忽视。建议额外预留5-10万Cash,别在搬进新家后捉襟见肘。

Risk: wait for the shoe to drop Buying anxiety comes from two things outside your control — layoffs and prices. You can't control layoffs, so stay calm and wait for the news to land. Bay Area prices track tech stocks, but they won't collapse; expect mild swings, steady-to-up next year.
Cash: don't let "sold too early" stall you The worst spot is finding your dream home with the down payment locked in RSUs outside the trading window. Hedge that fear with broad-market or related ETFs after selling (mind wash-sale rules).
Keep $50–100k extra Beyond down payment and closing costs, water softeners, EV chargers and big furniture get overlooked. Keep an extra $50–100k in cash so you're not stretched after move-in.
